Craig Tanabe’s transactional practice focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including leasing, financing, acquisitions, dispositions and development.  Mr. Tanabe represents commercial developers, landlords, banks and institutional lenders.  He also regularly represents owners and developers in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of all types of commercial real property, including office buildings, industrial properties and shopping centers.
